Image / Free rotate / Direction: Right Degrees: 50 All layers and Rotate single layer around canvas center unchecked.   4- Open feather-hearts-01-sandi.pspimage click on the layer with the darkest heart. Edit/ Copy Edit / Paste as new layer Place in the top center of the red background. See example tag.   5- Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Colorize Hue: 248 Saturation: 178   6- Image / resize 80% all layers unchecked   7- Layers / Duplicate place in the top left corner of your tag.   8- Layers / Duplicate place to the left of your red background.   9- Layers / Duplicate and resize this heart 80%  Place in the middle of the red background.   10- Layers / Duplicate and place this heart under it to the bottom   11- Click on the heart in the top left corner of your tag Image / Duplicate Image / mirror   12- Image / Duplicate and place right under the heart you just placed.   13- Open M D Garv Shorty.psp Image / resize height to 600 the width adjusts itself automatically.
