3 - Edit / Paste into selection

5 - Layers / Merge all (Flatten)
6 - Image / resize height to 200 the width adjusts itself
7 - Image / Add borders 1 pixel symetric color: #c4c7c7
8 - Image / Add borders 3 pixels symetric color: #fffffff
9 - Select the white border with the magic wand and fill with the silver pattern
