Materials: 2 tubes from @nn and a background from me.
Save everything into a folder of your choice.
Open everything in PSP

1-Open a new image, 800px wide and 600px height, Select all.
2-Open your background image and Copy
3-Activate your new image again
4-Edit, Paste into Selection, Select None
5-Effects, Filters Unlimited 2.0, Paper Texture, Canvas Fine
6-Open the tube with the lady, Resize to 600px height, widt will self-adjust
7-Edit, Copy and Paste as New Layer, move her to the right lower corner
8-Open the tube Ruins, Resize height 250px, widt will self-adjust
9-Edit Paste as new Layer, move it to the left upper corner
10-Select the middle part with your magic wand
11-Open once again the lady tube and resize her as well to 250px height, widt will self-adjust
12-Edit, Copy and Paste into Selection, Select None
13- Pick out a nice Chinese font and add some text
14-Type your name or add your watermark to your creation
15-Layers, Merge Visible Layers
16-Image, Add Borders 1px a color of your choice from your image.
17-Image, Add Borders, 15px pick another color from your image
18-Repeat, Add Borders 1px color like in step 16
19-Layers, Merge All Layers.
20-Image, Resize to 500px height, Widt will self-adjust
